Owners Bob and Jeanne have offered vacation rentals to over 25,000 satisfied guests since 1990. We offer vacation destinations in the Florida Keys, FL; Wolcott, CO and Antonito, CO .

Our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service staff will assist you in selecting the best home for your needs. Pam, our rental manager, along with owners Bob and Jeanne, can process your reservation, answer your questions, and prepare your rental agreements. Rick is our Florida Keys Property Manager. He will meet you upon your arrival, instruct you on boat operation, and escort you to your island if it is included with your rental. He is a Keys resident and can assist you with boat rentals, recommend restaurants, direct you to the many attractions in the Keys! Both Pam and Rick are available to answer questions and assist with any logistical requests.

A Little About The Keys and Kayaking

The Florida Keys consists of a chain of islands containing the only living barrier reef in North America. Florida Keys boating or Florida Keys sailing allows you to fully experience this unique water ecosystem designated as part of our National Marine Sanctuary. Do your part to preserve this unique ecosystem. Study the marine charts, ask for local advice and if needed, request a guide. Water color can indicate areas that should be avoided. Brown areas may indicate protected reefs and sea grass beds while white areas indicate sand bars and shallow rubble areas. Small shallow draft boats may be able to go through areas of green water but larger boats should only go through blue areas.

Marathon boating is convenient due to several boat ramps in and around Marathon such as Cannon Marine, Marathon Marina, Sombrero Resort, Dodge Lake, 33rd St. Public Ramp, Marie's Yacht Harbor and Coco Plum. Boot Key Harbor offers services for Marathon Sailing.

Florida Keys kayaking is an ideal way to travel through the backcountry on the north side of the Overseas Highway. This backcountry is a vast expanse of uninhabited coral and mangrove islands, sea grass fields and tidal channels which provides homes and breeding grounds for a wide variety of endangered and precious species. Marathon kayaking rental places offer tours of mangrove ecosystems, shore flats, the 7 mile bridge and other specialty tours. Meanwhile private island kayaking is a convenient way to explore the calm waters around our islands. We provide kayaks with all our rentals and can arrange guided tours.

About Our Scuba-diving Vacations

Florida Keys scuba diving and Florida Keys snorkeling offer some of the best views of under water wildlife and plants for everyone from beginners to experts. The depth ranges from 5 to 200 feet with 50-100+ foot visibility. The reef is home to over 600 species of fish and 40 types of coral.

The shallow reefs along the Florida Keys, such as Coffins Patch and Sombrero Reef, make for great Marathon snorkeling and Marathon diving but they have also created a lot of shipwrecks in the past. Besides exploring historic shipwrecks along Delta Shoals and other locations, Marathon scuba diving also offers advanced divers a chance to explore one of many wrecks, The Thunderbolt, an 188 foot long vessel previously owned by Florida Power and Light which was sunk in 1986.
