We provide a grill and picnic table for your tropical picnic as well as hammocks for the perfect perch to watch the sun set into the Gulf waters. This is ideal for people who are interested in a rustic, camp like adventure!

Your Florida Keys houseboat and island vacation adventure includes a 38' Holiday Mansion Houseboat which sleeps 4-5 guests.  You also receive free exclusive use of our private island for camping, picnicking, kayaking, snorkeling adventures and so more.  Our houseboats come fully equipped, offering you a safe and comfortable home base for your Florida Keys activities - or the perfect place to kick off your shoes, lay back and relax. Rentals include linens, bath towels, cooking and kitchen utensils, kayaks, runabout boat, snorkeling gear, and exclusive private island docking and usage.

We will take time to familiarize you with your boat and its safety operating systems.  We also provide a boat for transportation to and from this island.  As always, we are available to answer any questions you may have!
