Thank you
so much for allowing us to rent out your
property. We have officially made that
our BEST vacation yet. We will most
certainly be returning for Candice's
birthday in October and more than likely a
trip before that! Rich was wonderful! We
ended up eating at the Keys Fisheries like
you recommended twice and ate all of our
other meals at home. We ate fish every
night because we caught fish left and
right! We're in the process of purchasing
a boat because of the amount of fun we had
fishing and boating on the little dingy
you guys provided for us. I hope you will
always continue to rent out Pretty Joe
Rock because we can't imagine NOT being
able to go back!! |

It
truly was a unique and wonderful
vacation. We had a wonderful time on
the island over Christmas. Jerry was
very helpful and accommodating. It
was one of the more relaxing vacations
we have had in years, and we even had
a few Christmas carolers who came by
on kayaks!

We had an
awesome time Pam!! We were able to
get out to the island 3 days... Friday
being the best!! We really enjoyed
the house, location, etc. Jerry was
extremely helpful and accommodating.

"The
houseboat fit our needs for the “camping”
we did while we were there. We enjoyed
the open-air feel and “back to nature”
aspect of Charlie’s Island. While I
enjoyed using the fishing poles for
catching some fresh “grunts” for lunch and
dinner on a couple of days, we got the
most use out of the kayaks………..definitely
a nice addition. The location of
Charlie’s Island is very good, also. The
view from most angles is of unpopulated or
developed land or water, and the proximity
to civilization is more of a security
blanket than an intrusion. The week seemed
all-too-short. I’ve already shown the
photos to the folks in my office and they
were very impressed/envious. We’ll
definitely keep this option for vacation
in mind for future occasions." |

Marathon/Key West was the most
wonderful relaxing vacation we ever
had in the Florida region! We really
enjoyed our stay at your home and the
fishing off the pier. My husband
fished every day and we have more fish
than we can all eat :-). Our kids also
enjoyed the little swimming pool in
the back yard. They were in pool
for almost the whole day, and
sometimes twice a day. Overall, we're
satisfied with your service. Thanks
for letting us to stay at your place!

We had a fantastic time in Marathon!!
Pretty Joe Rock was amazing. I
think that we had the best weather that I
have seen in FL in 10 years. It was

Pam, just wanted to drop a quick
line and say how much we enjoyed the
island. As usual, the time flew by,
but the weather was great and so was
Rick. He made sure he checked on us
to see if we needed anything, but
everything was fine. We look forward
to our next trip which we are

We
had the most wonderful time in the keys.
The island was great, we spent most of
the time there, so peaceful. Snorkeling
was very good, we even saw a manatee
swim under the dock, and four dolphins
came up to the dock another day.
Stingrays circled the island every day,
they were very colorful.
We will definitely come back again. |

We
had a wonderful time at the two 4
bedroom houses in Marathon---the setting
was beautiful, the houses were spacious
and perfect for our family reunion, and
the weather was unbelievably good.
Everyone in our family (age range 6
months to 78 years) enjoyed our stay;
the houses were great, and there were
plenty of nearby attractions to keep
everyone happy and occupied. We
definitely recommend the houses to
others! It was an unforgettable,
wonderful way to close out the old year
and bring in the new. |

really did have a very nice week in
Marathon at your 4br/2ba house. It's
very attractive, nice and clean with
plenty of room. We especially liked the
bigger modern bathroom, the view out
onto the backyard and the convenience of
being able to do laundry.
